Can anyone visit Home and Gift 2012?
Home & Gift is a trade only show, which means that you need to be able to prove you are a part of the retail trade. Exhibitors have a 'minimum order' policy and will not sell to members of the public.

Where does Home & Gift take place?
Home & Gift takes place throughout the town of Harrogate - taking up 9 halls within the Harrogate International Centre, and additional space within the Majestic and Cairn Hotels. There are also 6 marquees situated on the hotel grounds which host a large number of exhibitors.

Do I need to provide proof of trade?
Spot checks for proof of trade will be in operation. You should have proof of trade on you - which can include a business card or a company cheque book. If you are in the process of setting up your own business, or a student, and wish to attend the show, this is absolutely fine.

How much does it cost to visit Home & Gift 2012?
If you pre-register prior to the show (click on the Register Now button in the left-hand menu) you will save yourself the 20 onsite fee. So register today!

When do I get my badge?
If you have registered in plenty of time, you will be mailed an Essential Guide with your badge approximately 2 weeks before the show (this will be the week commencing 2nd July 2012). What happens if my badge does not arrive?
When you register for Home & Gift, you will be automatically issued with a reference number that will be confirmed by email. In the event that your ticket has not arrived in time for the show, just bring this reference number with you and there will be a number of fast-track ticket machines at the entrance which will be able to re-issue you with a pass.

What should I do if I havent received my reference number by eaiml?

How do I gain access to the Indigo Club?
In order to obtain/retain your membership for next year you need to have attended any three of our shows in 2011, or the same show for three consecutive years (please note you need to use the same reference number during registration for each of the shows to do this).
If you did not attend for one year out of three then you will automatically lose your Indigo status. Once you have attended again for three years in a row, you will become an Indigo member again.
